Immigrant Integration Resource Center (IIRC) Coordinator
The Immigrant Integration Resource Center (IIRC) Coordinator is responsible for outreach, implementing and coordinating programming in Cape Verdean Association’s Immigrant Integration Resource Center. This person will also implement tracking procedures across the organization to collect reporting data and client demographics, and collaborate with the Vice President of Programs and Operations to complete grant proposals and reports.

Food & Nutrition Program Specialist
The Food & Nutrition Program Specialist will report to the Immigrant Integration Resource Center Coordinator and will perform duties of leading activities associated with the food pantry, the Veggie Thursday program, food delivery, food inventory, and cooking & nutrition-based workshops for community residents.

Front Desk and IIRC Assistant
The Front Desk & IIRC Assistant will report to the Immigrant Integration Resource Center (IIRC) Coordinator and will perform duties of greeting visitors, share resources and information with visitors, receive inquiries from public, maintain and organize basic office supplies and resources, and manage physical space.

Food Driver and Delivery Support Staff
The Food Driver and Delivery Support Staff will report to the Food & Nutrition Program Specialist and will perform duties of food transport and delivery. In order to excel, delivery drivers need not only to be expert operators of their vehicles but also highly professional customer service representatives. Drivers must adhere to high standards of punctuality and personal presentation, delivery drivers must always consider the public-facing nature of their role.
